HISTORY
Founded in 2003, JBL Resources is headed by Ross Engelkes, a 10+ year veteran in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Human Resources, and Finance and Accounting in both the search and consulting industry. After graduating from Indiana University and leaving Arthur Andersen as an Accountant/Manufacturing Consultant, Ross started a division of a publicly traded recruiting company. Of the 3,000 recruiters nationwide, Ross placed in the top 5 recruiters in each of the eight years while employed there. After 8 years with that company, Ross left to start a recruiting company, JBL Resources, in which they strive to honor God.

We have attracted a team of Account Directors and Recruiters who are top producers in the industry and excel in our highly service oriented culture.

Our Recruiters have experience as Agency and Internal Recruiters giving the advantage of approaching searches from the Client’s point of view. We maintain active memberships in various trade associations and user groups. Our experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Finance and Accounting, our strong network of contacts, and our successful fill ratios make us uniquely qualified to help you with your employment needs whether they are short or long term.

Our Recruiters know how to find passive candidates, in other words, Candidates that are not actively looking at ads on the internet or in trade periodicals and local Newspapers. We invest in tools and training to provide our Recruiters the resources they need to find the best Candidates. We are skilled in presenting opportunities in a way that will attract the best talent.

We have invested in a web based, Best in Class search and retrieval system. Our system has a powerful Auto-Match engine to aid our staff in finding just the right Candidates for any requirement. Our system is unique in the fact that it provides us with the ability to tailor skills to specific searches for Candidates/Hiring Companies without having to use a standardized list.
