Founded
in 2003, JBL Resources is
headed by Ross Engelkes, a 10+ year veteran
in Supply Chain,
Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Human Resources,
and Finance and Accounting in both the search
and consulting industry. After graduating from
Indiana University and leaving Arthur Andersen
as an Accountant/Manufacturing Consultant,
Ross started a division of a publicly traded
recruiting
company. Of the 3,000 recruiters nationwide,
Ross placed in the top 5 recruiters in each
of the eight years while employed there. After
8
years with that company, Ross left to start
a recruiting company, JBL
Resources,
in which they strive to honor God.
